If you have a valid Connecticut DMV ID, you can request an absentee ballot online by clicking here.
Connecticut has strict laws regarding who can vote absentee.
If any one of these applies to you, you may apply for an absentee ballot.

If you are a member of the Armed Services or are a U.S. Citizen residing outside the United States, please click here for the Federal Postcard Application. You may use this form to Register to Vote as well as request an Absentee Ballot.
If you have a permanent disability, you may qualify for permanent absentee ballot status. An absentee ballot application must be submitted to the Town Clerk’s office with a note from your doctor stating that you have a permanent disability that prevents you from voting. Once received, you will not need to request an absentee ballot for every election, one will automatically be mailed to you.
