Footing inspection – when forms are in place.
Footing drains.
Foundation and coating – before backfilling.
Mechanical and framing inspections must be made before work is covered:
Rough framing.
Rough electrical.
Rough plumbing.
Insulation inspection.
Final inspection and Certificate of Occupancy must be obtained before building is occupied.
Remodeling
See 4 and 5 above.
Pools
Footings, grounding, electric/trench, fence, and alarms at final inspection.
Sheds
Footings.
Framing.
Electrical (if needed).
Final Inspection.
