Permanent Building Commission
The Permanent Building Commission serves the purpose of consolidating the design and construction of all public buildings and building projects with a projected total cost of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) or more under one commission in order to provide the town with the best possible buildings and facilities at the lowest possible cost through the increased cooperation of all town officers, boards, commissions, and agencies.
The Permanent Building Commission regularly meets on the first Wednesday of every month in the Town Meeting Room located in the Town Hall.
The commission is comprised of five regular members and two alternate members. All members serve a four-year term and are appointed by the Town Council.
