      three-year agreement with Action Air Systems, Inc., for annual HVAC maintenance
      services at various Town buildings.

b)  Consideration and action on a resolution approving a memorandum of agreement with
      the Board of Education establishing the terms of use of the unexpended education funds
      account.

c)   Consideration and action on a resolution establishing an appointed constabulary of
      certified/licensed law enforcement personnel in the Town of Killingly

d)   Discussion re: Council liaisons to Zoning Board of Appeals
