Board of Building Appeals

When the Building Official or his authorized designee rejects or refuses to approve the mode or manner of construction proposed to be followed or the materials to be used in the erection or alteration of a building or structure, or when it is claimed that the provisions of the code do not apply, or when it is claimed that the true intent and meaning of the code and regulations have been misconstrued or wrongly interpreted, the person aggrieved may appeal the decision to the Building Board of Appeals.

The Building Board of Appeals meets when called.
