To begin the process of obtaining your Pistol Permit with the Town of Killingly, click here for the application instructions.

Once the Town Manager's office has received all necessary documentation, you will receive instructions on how to pre-enroll with the Town of Killingly and then complete your fingerprinting. Once your fingerprinting is completed, your application and fingerprints will be forwarded to the Dept. of Emergency Services and Public Protection. The application process takes no less than 8 weeks.

Applications and full instructions and Notary Services are available at the Town Clerks office (1st floor) or at the Town Manager's Office (2nd floor).
