Department Responsibilities

The Killingly Parks and Recreation Department is dedicated to providing both quality active and leisure programs and areas of recreation for the residents of Killingly. Many opportunities from our new splash pad and dog park to walking trails and tracks, playground equipment, ball fields, and picnic areas exist around Town in the various parks. Brochures are distributed three times a year: Fall, Winter/Spring, and Summer. With each new brochure programs and activities for all ages are listed.

The department is always striving to expand and improve programming and the parks around town. The office is happy to take suggestions and comments as well as any new ideas you may have on providing the residents with the best possible recreation experience.
